Tips that are working for us:
  • Create a daily routine from Monday – Friday.
  • Try not to stay in your pj’s all day, get dressed ready for the day ahead.
  • Take breaks.
  • Exercise; look online to find new exercises to do at home.
  • Eat well.
  • Do activities that you enjoy or use this time to learn something new.
  • Use technology to keep in touch with family and friends.
  • If you start to feel anxious, talk to someone or try a breathing exercise, it can help.
  • Remember to look after yourself.
