Relaxing waves |
- Create a daily routine from Monday – Friday.
- Try not to stay in your pj’s all day, get dressed ready for the day ahead.
- Take breaks.
- Exercise; look online to find new exercises to do at home.
- Eat well.
- Do activities that you enjoy or use this time to learn something new.
- Use technology to keep in touch with family and friends.
- If you start to feel anxious, talk to someone or try a breathing exercise, it can help.
- Remember to look after yourself.
